| Descripition |
Luminescent Cell Viability Detection Kit is a cell viability detection reagent based on luciferase system. Adding this product to cell culture causes cells to lyse, releasing ATP and emitting a stable "glow" signal. The number of metabolically active viable cells was determined by quantitative measurement of ATP content after cell lysis. The schematic diagram of the kit detection principle is as follows:

| 1.检测试剂的准备 | ||||
| 使用前将本品在4 ℃或室温下融化。（请勿在超25℃以上进行融化，避免活性减弱） 试剂平衡至室温后，轻柔颠倒混匀试剂。 |

| 2.细胞活力检测 | ||||
| ·检测试剂和测试细胞样本，室温放置30min，平衡至室温。 | ||||
| ·向测试细胞样本中加入等体积的检测试剂。 | ||||
| 96孔板检测体系，100 μL培养基中加入100 μL检测试剂。 | ||||
|
·在测量前1200转震荡5分钟，充分震荡会使效果更好。 ·室温放置10 min以稳定发光信号，即可进行检测。 |
