TIE2(酪氨酸激酶受体)主要表达于血管内皮细胞表面的受体,胞外区含免疫球蛋白 域 ( 结 合 ANG ) 、 EGF 样 域 ( 介 导 二 聚 化 ) ; 胞内区含酪氨酸激酶活性位点 (Y1100/Y1108)。被配体激活后通过 PI3K/AKT 和 MAPK 通路调控内皮细胞存活、迁移 及血管屏障功能。在病理状态下(如脓毒症、肿瘤),TIE2 信号异常导致血管渗漏或异常 增生。 | |
