机体具有完善精密的免疫调节和免疫监视功能,当肿瘤细胞侵袭时,免疫系统可以识别肿瘤细胞表面的肿瘤特异性抗原 (Tumour-associated antigens,TAAs),激活特异性体液免疫应答和细胞免疫应答,清除入侵的肿瘤细胞;同时,肿瘤细胞也能够通过多种途径负向调节机体免疫应答,逃逸机体免疫监管,在肿瘤免疫治疗的领域,从早期的细胞因子的发现,到免疫检查点抑制剂,单克隆抗体、双特异性抗体的飞速发展,包括细胞治疗、溶瘤病毒、肿瘤疫苗等方法的出现,免疫疗法改变了传统肿瘤治疗的方式,为癌症患者提供无限可能。


TAA Mouse Model介绍
肿瘤免疫治疗领域的研究依然火热,针对各靶点科佰生物开发了几百种报告基因的细胞模型,以及二百多种现货人源靶点的小鼠细胞模型如下表所示,目前我们已经在4T1/CT26/MC-38 等常见的鼠源细胞上进行了改造,将人源的热门免疫靶点通过基因手段,稳定表达在细胞上。
