| I. Background | |
| IL-9（白细胞介素-9）最初被鉴定为 T 细胞生长因子，属于 IL-7/IL-9 细胞因子家族。 IL-9 的受体为异源二聚体，由特异的 IL-9 受体α链（IL-9Rα）和常见的γ链（γc）组成。IL- 9 的来源广泛，包括适应性免疫细胞（如 Th9 细胞、Th2 细胞、Th17 细胞、Treg 细胞）和 先天免疫细胞（如肥大细胞、NKT 细胞、ILC2 等），其中 Th9 细胞是目前公认产生 IL-9 最主要的 CD4+ T 辅助细胞亚群。 IL-9 与其受体结合后，主要激活 JAK-STAT 信号通路，调控下游基因表达，影响细胞 增殖、分化和存活。在功能上，IL-9 能促进 T 细胞和肥大细胞的增殖，并在过敏与炎症 （如哮喘）、自身免疫病（如类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮）中发挥关键驱动作用。 此外，IL-9 在抗肿瘤免疫中具有双向作用，既可增强抗肿瘤应答，也可能促进肿瘤免疫逃 逸。这些机制使 IL-9 成为多种疾病（哮喘、COVID-19 等）的生物标志物及潜在治疗靶点。 |
