| I. Background | |
| 受体酪氨酸激酶样孤儿受体（Receptor Tyrosine Kinase-like orphan receptor，ROR）是 Ⅰ型受体酪氨酸激酶（receptor tyrosine kinase，RTK）家族中的成员，是一类膜受体，主要 包括 ROR1 和 ROR2。其中 ROR1 主要通过参与细胞内与细胞间信号传导，实现调节细胞 代谢、增殖、凋亡、分化、迁移、转移等功能。ROR1 在正常组织中（除了原肠胚时期） 表达量较低，但 ROR1 在多种肿瘤细胞高度表达，包括乳腺癌、卵巢癌、肾癌、肺腺细胞 癌、胃癌等实体瘤细胞以及某些血液肿瘤细胞。 | |
