| I. Background | |||
| 间皮素（Mesothelin）又被称为 MSLN，它是由 MSLN 基因编码的一种细胞表面糖蛋 白。MSLN 基因编码一种前体蛋白，经蛋白水解处理生成两种蛋白产物，主要位于正常间 皮细胞表面，两种蛋白产物为巨核细胞增强因子（megakaryocyte potentiating，MPF）和间 皮素（Mesothelin，MSLN）。间皮素（MSLN）可黏附于细胞膜上，主要表达于胸腹膜与 脏器的链接面上，黏附于间皮细胞表面，在其余正常组织重表达量低。MSLN 在许多实体 瘤中呈现高表达，最常见于间皮瘤、上皮性卵巢癌和胰腺癌，但也见于肺和子宫恶性肿瘤 以及胆管癌。间皮素在卵巢癌和间皮瘤中的表达最高，较高的表达与晚期肿瘤分期和较高的转移率相关。 | |||
