I. Background | |
IgE由两条重链(ε链)和两条轻链组成,Fc段含高亲和力受体(FcεRI)结合位点,半衰期仅2-3天(IgG为21天)。作为免疫系统的“哨兵”,IgE既可结合寄生虫表面抗原,激活嗜酸性粒细胞释放毒性颗粒(如主要碱性蛋白),通过ADCC(抗体依赖细胞介导的细胞毒性)清除寄生虫(如血吸虫、钩虫);也能因过度反应引发致命过敏;IgE还可靶向肿瘤抗原(如HER2),激活巨噬细胞ADCC效应;并且最近有研究指出,脑膜肥大细胞通过IgE-MRGPRX2可加剧阿尔茨海默病病理。 |
