I. Background
GPA33（Glycoprotein A33）是一种细胞表面糖蛋白，属于免疫球蛋白超家族（IgSF）成员。GPA33 的胞外区包含免疫球蛋白样结构域，介导细胞间相互作用；胞内区较短，可能通过与其他信号分子相互作用传递信号。GPA33 最初在结肠癌细胞中被发现，并在正常结肠上皮细胞中也有表达。GPA33 因其在结直肠癌中的高表达和特异性，成为癌症诊断和治疗的潜在靶点。GPA33 的功能主要与细胞间相互作用、信号传导和细胞粘附相关。它在维持上皮细胞的结构和功能中起重要作用，同时也参与肿瘤的发生、发展和转移。
