| I. Background | |
| 黑色素转铁蛋白 (CD228/MFI2/MELTF) 是一种细胞表面糖基磷脂酰肌醇 (GPI) 锚定糖 蛋白，属于铁结合蛋白的转铁蛋白家族。CD228 最初在黑色素瘤中被发现，并在多种实体 瘤中高度表达，包括间皮瘤、非小细胞肺癌（NSCL）、乳腺癌、结直肠癌和胰腺癌等。 CD228 在细胞增殖、迁移和肿瘤发生中发挥重要作用。它参与肿瘤增殖、血管生成、 内皮细胞迁移、纤溶酶原激活和跨血脑屏障运输等过程。此外，CD228 有两种亚型—— sMFI2 和 mMFI2，其中膜结合型 CD228（mMFI2）在多种实体瘤中高度表达，而在正常组 织中低表达，具有较高的肿瘤表达特异性。 |
