FGFR2B 是成纤维细胞生长因子受体 2（FGFR2）的剪接变体之一，属于受体酪氨酸激酶（RTK）家族，由胞外配体结合域（含三个免疫球蛋白样结构域）、跨膜区及胞内酪氨酸激酶域组成。其特异性由外显子 IIIb 的选择性剪接决定，主要在上皮细胞表达，与间质细胞来源的 FGFR2C（IIIc 剪接变体）形成旁分泌信号轴，调控上皮-间质相互作用。
