STEAP2 基因属于 STEAP 家族，编码一种六次跨膜的金属还原酶蛋白，定位于高尔基 体、质膜及胞内囊泡结构。该基因位于人类 7 号染色体（7q21 区域），其编码的蛋白具有 铁和铜还原酶活性，参与金属离子的转运及氧化还原反应。在肿瘤中，STEAP2 高表达于 前列腺癌、胃癌等多种肿瘤组织，与肿瘤增殖、迁移及侵袭能力密切相关。其通过调控 MMP 家族蛋白（如 MMP3、MMP7、MMP10 等）及 FGFR4、IL-1β等信号分子，促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移。临床研究表明，STEAP2 的表达水平与前列腺癌患者的格林森评分 （肿瘤恶性程度指标）显著相关，高表达提示预后不良；在胃癌中，STEAP2 的表达也与 淋巴结转移风险及转移程度呈正相关。 |
