| STEAP1(六跨膜上皮抗原前列腺 1)基因位于人类 7 号染色体短臂(7p22.1),编码 一种六次跨膜金属还原酶,参与铁离子转运及细胞代谢。其蛋白在超过 85%的前列腺癌中 高表达,而正常组织几乎不表达,成为极具潜力的靶向分子。 PSMA(前列腺特异性膜抗原)基因定位于 11 号染色体短臂(11p11-p12),编码一种 II 型跨膜糖蛋白,具有叶酸水解酶及神经肽酶活性,参与细胞内蛋白降解与叶酸代谢。其 蛋白在 90%的转移性前列腺癌中过表达,是前列腺癌诊疗的核心靶点。 STEAP1 与 PSMA 基因在肿瘤诊疗中均展现出高度特异性及临床价值,成为精准医疗 时代的重要靶点,推动前列腺癌等恶性肿瘤的个体化治疗进展。 |
