| GPC1 基因（Glypican-1）位于人类染色体 2q37.3 区域，编码一种含 558 个氨基酸的细 胞表面硫酸乙酰肝素蛋白聚糖。该蛋白通过硫酸肝素链与细胞外基质及生长因子（如 Hedgehog、Wnt）结合，调控细胞信号传导、增殖及分化过程。GPC1 在多种肿瘤中高表达， 包括胰腺癌、乳腺癌和非小细胞肺癌，通过促进血管生成和上皮-间质转化（EMT）参与肿 瘤进展，其血液表达水平在胰腺癌早期诊断中显示出高敏感性和特异性，成为潜在生物标 志物。此外，GPC1 还与神经系统疾病（如脊髓性肌萎缩症）相关，并参与朊病毒蛋白转 化。研究聚焦于其作为肿瘤治疗靶点的价值，包括靶向纳米药物开发及信号通路调控机制 探索，为癌症精准治疗提供新方向。 | |||
