MC3R(黑皮质素受体 3)是 G 蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)家族成员,具有七次跨膜结构。它主要表达于中枢神经系统的下丘脑,也在胰腺、胎盘和免疫细胞等外周组织存在。 MC3R 在能量稳态、线性生长、青春期启动、昼夜节律及免疫调节中发挥关键作用;其功能缺失突变与肥胖风险增加、青春期发育延迟及身高异常等密切相关。 |
