The number of Luminescence signal is 350 ± 57 (Mean ± SD) on SKM-1 cells while 65325 ± 1237 (Mean ± SD) on SKM-1-Luc cells. SKM-1-Luc showed at least 32 passage stability with similar luminescence unit. |
