TIGIT 又称 WUCAM、Vstm3、VSIG9，是一种共抑制受体，属于免疫球蛋白超家族。 TIGIT 由细胞外免疫球蛋白可变区（IgV）结构域、Ⅰ型跨膜结构域和含有 ITIM 和 Ig 尾酪氨酸样基序（ITT）的胞内结构域组成。TIGIT 在活化的传统αβ T 细胞上表达，但也在记忆 T 细胞、Tregs、滤泡辅助细胞和 NKT 细胞上表达。TIGIT 可以激活 T 细胞、自然杀伤细胞 （NK）细胞和调节性 T 细胞（Tregs）中的抑制性受体，已成为免疫治疗的一个有前途的靶点。 |

Nectin4 aAPC Cell 细胞作为 TIGIT NFAT-Luc Jurkat 细胞的靶细胞，很好的模拟了体内TIGIT&Nectin4 的信号转导过程，原理见下图所示。
