MC2R（黑皮质素 2 受体）是 G 蛋白偶联受体家族成员，特异性地表达于肾上腺皮质，是 ACTH（促肾上腺皮质激素）的唯一功能性受体。ACTH 与 MC2R 结合后激活 cAMP 信号通路，刺激糖皮质激素（如皮质醇）的合成与释放，对应激反应、代谢调节至关重要。MC2R 基因突变可导致家族性糖皮质激素缺乏症（FGD）。 |
