| CCR4（C-C趋化因子受体4，CD194）是一种主要表达于Th2型T细胞、调节性T细胞（Treg）、巨噬细胞和血小板的G蛋白偶联受体。其特异性配体包括CCL17（TARC）和CCL22（MDC），介导免疫细胞向炎症或肿瘤微环境的迁移。在多种血液系统恶性肿瘤（如成人T细胞白血病/淋巴瘤、外周T细胞淋巴瘤、皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤）中高表达，因此已成为重要的治疗靶点，已有抗CCR4单抗药物（如Mogamulizumab）获批上市。此外，CCR4还在过敏性炎症（如哮喘、特应性皮炎）中发挥关键作用。 | |
