TNFR2（肿瘤坏死因子受体2，CD120b）是肿瘤坏死因子受体超家族成员，编码基因 位于人类1 号染色体1p36 .22 区域，编码439 个氨基酸的单程跨膜糖蛋白。其核心特征为 在免疫抑制细胞（如调节性T 细胞Tregs、髓源抑制性细胞MDSCs）及肿瘤细胞表面高表 达，而正常组织表达受限，通过与肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）结合激活NF-κB、MAPK、 PI3K/Akt 等信号通路，介导细胞存活、增殖及免疫调节功能。
