| Her2 基因（全称人类表皮生长因子受体 2，ERBB2）是位于 17 号染色体长臂（17q21） 的原癌基因，编码跨膜酪氨酸激酶受体蛋白，属于表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）家族成员。 正常情况下，其表达水平极低，但在乳腺癌、胃癌、肺癌、结直肠癌等多种恶性肿瘤中， 常因基因扩增或过表达导致异常激活，驱动肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭和转移，与肿瘤恶性程度 高、复发风险大、生存期短等不良预后密切相关（约 20-30%的乳腺癌患者存在 HER2 过表 达/扩增）。临床中，通过免疫组化（IHC）检测蛋白表达（如 3+为强阳性）和荧光原位杂 交（FISH）确认基因扩增，是评估预后及指导靶向治疗的关键指标。 | |
