| I. Background | |||
| LRRC15（Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 15），富含 15 个亮氨酸的重复序列，是 LRRC 超家族的成员之一。LRRC15 同时能够正调控细胞的迁移，调控受体介导的病毒粒 子与宿主细胞的附着，且蛋白质定位于细胞质膜。LRRC15 主要是以蛋白-蛋白和蛋白-基质 相互作用方式，参与细胞-细胞和/或-细胞外基质的相互作用，参与炎性反应相关疾病，同 时在细胞粘附、信号转导、DNA 修复等过程中有重要作用。LRRC15 在正常组织中的低表 达，而在骨肉瘤、卵巢癌、乳腺癌、胰腺导管腺癌、促结缔组织增生型小圆细胞癌等癌症 中高表达。 | |||
