| MUC17 基因（染色体 7q22）编码一种大型跨膜黏蛋白，属于黏膜屏障核心组件。其 蛋白结构包含信号肽、中央重复区（含可变数目串联重复序列，VNTR）、两个 EGF 样结 构域、SEA 模块、跨膜域及含潜在磷酸化位点的胞质尾区。这种设计使其兼具物理屏障与 信号调控功能：O-糖基化形成的黏液层直接抵御病原体（如肠侵袭性大肠杆菌）入侵，同 时通过 SEA 模块参与蛋白酶解调控，维持肠道上皮动态平衡。 临床研究揭示其双重角色：在炎症性肠病（如克罗恩病）中，MUC17 表达异常导致屏 障功能受损，增加感染风险；而在胰腺癌中，MUC17 作为促癌因子，通过胆汁酸诱导加速 肿瘤进展，并与 MUC4 共表达，成为潜在预后标志物。 | |||
