| GRM4(代谢型谷氨酸受体 4)是一种抑制性 C 族 GPCR,通过激活 Gi/o 蛋白抑制腺 苷酸环化酶、降低胞内 cAMP 水平,并触发 PI3K/Akt 抗凋亡通路。在 中枢神经系统 中, GRM4 高表达于小脑颗粒细胞、海马及基底节,负调控突触前谷氨酸/γ-氨基丁酸(GABA) 释放,参与运动协调(皮质-纹状体通路)、突触可塑性及神经元兴奋性平衡。病理状态下, GRM4 功能异常驱动帕金森病多巴胺能神经元凋亡、黑色素瘤免疫逃逸、精神分裂症认知 缺陷及神经病理性疼痛等。 | |
