CCR2（C-C 趋化因子受体 2 型）是表达于单核细胞、巨噬细胞等免疫细胞表面的 G 蛋 白偶联受体（GPCR），具有七次跨膜螺旋结构，胞外 N 端含有糖基化位点，胞内 C 端则 负责信号转导的蛋白相互作用域。人 CCR2 蛋白由 374 个氨基酸构成，具有两个主要剪接 变体：CCR2A 和 CCR2B，其中 CCR2B 是最常见的功能型形式。 |
