I. Background | |
毒蕈碱乙酰胆碱受体(MAChRs,简称 M 受体)参与中枢神经系统的运动控制、体温 调节、心血管调节和记忆,介导周围神经系统的平滑肌收缩、腺体分泌和心率、调节心肌 收缩力。CHRM2 属于 GPCR,是 MAChRs 的 5 种亚型之一,可以与 Gi/o 偶联。CHRM2 是心脏和脑干中最主要的毒蕈碱受体亚型。CHRM2 通过 Gi/o 信号精密抑制心脏与神经元 过度活动,维持内环境稳态。其功能失衡直接导致心动过缓、癫痫易感性升高及抗抑郁治 疗抵抗,是神经心血管药物设计的核心靶标。 | |
