| I. Background | |
| IL1RAP（Interleukin 1 Receptor Accessory Protein，又称 IL-1RAcP），位于人染色体 3q28，编码 IL-1 受体辅助蛋白。 它与 I 型 IL-1 受体（IL-1RI）形成异源复合物——IL-1α/β 先结合 IL-1RI，再招募 IL1RAP，共同介导 MyD88→NF-κB 和 MAPK 信号通路激活，是 IL-1、IL-33 及 IL-36 家族信号转导所必需的"共受体"，缺之则 IL-1 信号无法有效传递。 除炎症免疫作用外，IL1RAP 在恶性血液病（如慢性髓系白血病 CML、AML）及部分实体瘤中异常高表达于白血病干细胞表面，是目前靶向白血病干细胞和 IL-1 通路相关疾病的热门治疗/诊断靶点。 | |
