| IL22RA1（全称 Interleukin 22 Receptor Subunit Alpha 1，白细胞介素22受体α1亚基）是位于人染色体1p36.11的Ⅱ型细胞因子受体基因，编码IL-22功能受体的特异性结合亚基。 它主要与IL-10RB（IL-10受体β链）组成异源二聚体受体复合物，特异性结合IL-22后激活JAK-STAT（尤其是STAT3）信号通路，主要在上皮细胞、皮肤、肠道及肝脏等屏障组织表达，促进上皮细胞增殖、组织修复和抗菌肽产生，维持黏膜屏障稳态。 IL22RA1信号具有双向性——生理状态下保护屏障并促进修复，但其异常活化与银屑病、炎症性肠病（IBD）、某些肿瘤进展及代谢性疾病相关，是目前炎症与自身免疫病治疗的潜在靶点。 | |
