| IL27RA（Interleukin-27 Receptor Subunit Alpha，又称 WSX-1 / TCCR），定位于人染色体 19p13.12，编码 I 型细胞因子受体家族成员。它与 gp130（IL6ST）组成功能性 IL-27 受体复合物，结合 IL-27（EBI3+p28）后激活 STAT1/STAT3 信号通路，主要表达于 T 细胞、B 细胞、NK 细胞及抗原呈递细胞。 生理功能上促进初始 CD4⁺ T 细胞向 Th1 分化，同时抑制 Th2 和 Th17 反应，参与抗感染免疫（如胞内菌、病毒）及抑制过度炎症，也与某些自身免疫病和肿瘤免疫调控相关。 | |
