I. Background | |
信号转导和转录激活蛋白(STAT)被确定为 DNA 结合蛋白的主要成分,该蛋白可响 应多种细胞因子而激活基因转录。STAT 家族中的七个不同成员(STAT1,STAT2,STAT3, STAT4,STAT5A,STAT5B 和 STAT6)调节从病原体到细胞因子分泌的许多生理和病理过 程。STAT4 被多种细胞因子激活,包括 IL12、I 型干扰素(IFN-1)、IL23、IL2、IL27、 IL35 等。 |

STAT4-Luc HEK293 报告基因细胞,是由 STAT4 调控并表达 Luc 荧光素 酶报告基因的 HEK293 细胞。IFNγ与受体结合,激活 STAT4 的原理见下图所示。
