| MDR1（多药耐药基因 1）与 BCRP（乳腺癌耐药蛋白）均属于 ABC 转运BCRP（乳腺癌耐药蛋白，Breast Cancer Resistance Protein），编码基因为 ABCG2，属 于 ATP 结合盒（ABC）转运蛋白家族 G 亚家族，是一种 ATP 依赖性跨膜外排转运蛋白。 其广泛分布于正常组织如肠道、肝脏、肾脏、血脑屏障、胎盘及肿瘤细胞，主要功能为通 过 ATP 水解主动外排外源性毒物、代谢物及化疗药物，参与解毒、药物代谢调控及屏障保 护（如血脑屏障、胎盘屏障）。 | |
