BAFF(B 细胞激活因子,B Cell Activating Factor),也称为 TNFSF13B(Tumor Necrosis Factor Superfamily Member 13B)或 BLyS(B Lymphocyte Stimulator),是一种属 于肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)超家族的细胞因子。BAFF 主要由单核细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状 细胞和某些基质细胞产生,在 B 细胞的存活、增殖和成熟中起关键作用。 |

BAFF CHO 细胞,在 CHO-K1 细胞的基础上,稳定表达人 BAFF。BAFF CHO 细胞作为 TACI Effector Reporter Cell 细胞或者 BAFFR Effector Reporter Cell 细胞的靶细胞,很好的模拟了体内 TACI&BAFF 或者 BAFFR&BAFF 的信号转导过程,原理见下图所示。
