血小板衍生生长因子（PDGF）是一类重要的生长因子，主要由血小板、内皮细胞和 巨噬细胞分泌，在细胞增殖、迁移、分化和血管生成等生物学过程中发挥关键作用。它不 仅在正常生理过程中（如伤口愈合和组织修复）起重要作用，还在多种病理过程中（如癌 症、纤维化和动脉粥样硬化）扮演重要角色。PDGF家族包括PDGF-A、PDGF-B、PDGF C和PDGF-D四种亚型。PDGF通过与其受体（PDGFR）结合，激活下游信号通路，调控细胞行为。 |
