| I. Background | |
| IL-17 家族是一个包含 6 种细胞因子的家族，包括 IL-17A、IL-17B、IL-17C、IL-17D、 IL-17E（也称 IL-25）和 IL-17F。其中 IL-17A 是促炎信号的关键驱动因子，由辅助性 T17 （Th17）细胞分泌，在自身免疫疾病中起着重要作用。该家族细胞因子在免疫反应和炎症 中发挥作用，并可能通过激活多种通路来介导信号转导。IL17 受体家族包含 5 个成员（IL- 17RA 至 RE），其中 IL-17RA 是通用亚基，与配体特异性亚基（IL-17RB 结合 IL-25、IL- 17RC 结合 IL-17A/F、IL-17RE 结合 IL-17C）形成异源二聚体复合物。 IL-25，也称为 IL-17E，在免疫系统中扮演着复杂的双重角色。作为 2 型免疫核心驱动 因子，主要由黏膜上皮细胞分泌，通过激活 ILC2 细胞和 Th2 细胞，诱导 IL-4/IL-5/IL-13 释 放，介导抗蠕虫免疫、过敏反应（如哮喘嗜酸粒细胞浸润）及组织修复（杯状细胞增生）。 其过度活化是过敏性鼻炎、特应性皮炎的核心病理机制。 |
