OATP1B3（有机阴离子转运多肽 1B3）由 SLCO1B3 基因编码，属 SLC 超家族摄取型 转运体，含 12 个跨膜结构域，由 702 个氨基酸组成，表观分子量约 120 kDa。该蛋白几乎 肝脏特异性表达，定位于肝细胞基底外侧膜，在肝小叶中央区表达最高，与 OATP1B1（基 底区）呈互补分布。OATP1B3 以电中性阴离子交换机制介导结合胆汁酸、胆红素、甲状腺 激素、前列腺素等内源性物质及他汀类（阿托伐他汀、罗舒伐他汀）、沙坦类（替米沙坦 为其独有底物）、多烯紫杉醇、CCK-8 等药物的肝摄取，其中他汀类的肝摄取是其清除的 限速步骤。其表达受 FXR、HNF-1α等核受体正向调控，并存在糖基化、磷酸化及赖氨酸 乙酰化等翻译后修饰。 |
