| APRIL(增殖诱导配体,官方基因名 TNFSF13,亦称 CD256)是肿瘤坏死因子超家族 成员,由 17 号染色体 TNFSF13 基因编码,属Ⅱ型跨膜蛋白,经蛋白酶解后以同源三聚体形 式分泌。APRIL 通过高亲和力受体 BCMA 和低亲和力受体 TACI 发挥作用,主要由髓系细 胞、活化淋巴细胞及黏膜上皮细胞产生,核心功能是促进 B 细胞向浆细胞分化并维持其存活,尤其在黏膜部位驱动 IgA 类别转换,是长寿浆细胞的关键生存因子。 | |
