| APRIL（全称A Proliferation-Inducing Ligand，即增殖诱导配体，又名TNFSF13或CD256）是肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）超家族的第13号成员。 它的核心功能是调节B细胞存活与增殖。通过与受体BCMA和TACI结合，APRIL在免疫系统中支持浆细胞（负责分泌抗体的细胞）长期存活。 在病理上，高表达的APRIL与自身免疫病（如系统性红斑狼疮）及多发性骨髓瘤等B细胞相关癌症密切相关，是这些疾病治疗的重要潜在靶点。 | |
