| IL10RA（白细胞介素-10受体α亚基，又称CD210）是IL-10受体的特异性配体结合链，主要表达于免疫细胞表面。其核心功能是与辅助亚基IL10RB形成受体复合物，识别并结合抗炎细胞因子IL-10，通过激活JAK1/TYK2-STAT3信号通路抑制巨噬细胞和T细胞的炎症反应，在维持肠道免疫平衡中尤为关键。IL10RA基因缺陷是导致极早发性炎症性肠病的确切病因，具有常染色体隐性遗传特点，其基因多态性与白塞病等自身免疫病易感性相关。 | |
