| IL10RB（白细胞介素-10受体β亚基）是一种II型细胞因子受体，作为IL-10、IL-22、IL-26和IFN-λ等多种细胞因子受体复合物的共用信号传导亚基。它自身不能直接结合配体，但必须与各自的特异性受体α链结合后，才能启动下游JAK-STAT信号通路，在抗炎反应、抗病毒免疫和组织屏障保护中发挥重要作用。该基因缺陷与极早发型炎症性肠病等疾病相关。 | |
