小鼠CTR（降钙素受体，Calcitonin Receptor）是由Calcr基因编码的B类G蛋白偶联受体，在不仅是降钙素的内源性受体，还能与RAMPs蛋白家族成员结合，形成对胰淀素（amylin）和CGRP等配体具有不同亲和力的多种受体复合物。 小鼠CTR的药理学特性与人类受体存在显著差异，其对不同配体的选择性较低，表现为一种“广谱”特性。 |
