| 小鼠 Calcr(Calcitonin Receptor, CTR) 是 B 类 GPCR,单独高亲和结合降钙素(Calcitonin)激活 Gs/cAMP 通路,抑制破骨细胞骨吸收;Ramp1(Receptor Activity-Modifying Protein 1) 为单次跨膜辅助蛋白,与 Calcr 异源二聚化形成 AMY1(Amylin Receptor 1),使复合物对胰淀素(Amylin/IAPP)亲和力升高、降钙素亲和力降低,主要在下丘脑、孤束核及骨组织表达,参与摄食抑制、血糖调节和骨代谢。 | |
