| 大鼠 Calcr（Calcitonin Receptor, CTR） 是 B 类七次跨膜 GPCR，单独结合降钙素（Calcitonin）激活 Gs/Gq→cAMP/Ca²⁺ 通路抑制骨吸收；Ramp3（Receptor Activity-Modifying Protein 3） 为单次跨膜辅助蛋白，与 Calcr 异源二聚化形成 AMY3（Amylin Receptor 3），将 CTR 配体特异性转为偏好结合胰淀素（Amylin/IAPP），同时对 CGRP 亲和力低于 RAMP1 组合，主要在下丘脑、心血管及乳腺组织表达，参与摄食抑制、血糖调节及血管舒张。 | |
