Activin E(由 INHBE 基因编码)与 ALK7(由 ACVR1C 基因编码)是 TGF-β 超家族中的一组配体-受体对。当 Activin E 与 ALK7 结合后,会激活 SMAD2/3 信号通路,从而强烈抑制脂肪细胞中的脂肪分解。该通路促进脂肪储存、抑制脂肪分解。因此,阻断 Activin E/ALK7 信号轴已成为治疗肥胖及相关代谢疾病的一个有前景的策略。 |
